2008年3月6日，下午13点26分28秒，中国IT实验室（www.chinaitlab）及旗下网站中国IDC圈（www.idcquan.com）两个域名开始不能解析。中国IDC圈技术主管廖先生随后与提供这两个域名的注册商

　　三五互联（www.35.com）进行联系，三五互联（厦门三五互联科技股份有限公司）技术人员称DNS服务器出现故障。截至14点35分，中国IT实验室网站及旗下网站中国IDC圈仍然不能正常访问。

　　中国IDC圈的技术人员打开三五互联DNS管理后台如下：

　　Service Temporarily Unavailable （服务器暂时无法使用）

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or

　　capacity problems. Please try again later.

　　记者ping www.idcquan.com 和 www.chinaitlab.com都提示如下：

　　C：\Documents and Settings\new>ping www.idcquan.com Ping request could not find host www.idcquan.com. Please check the name and try again.

　　C：\Documents and Settings\new>ping www.chinaitlab.com Ping request could not find host www.chinaitlab.com. Please check the name and try again.

　　据笔者了解，2007年5月24日，三五互联的DNS服务器也曾出现过故障，当时一度导致国内大量网站不能访问近两个小时。

　　截至记者发稿前，有关此次事故的原因还不太明了，中国IDC圈将继续关注事态的发展。
